Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full Spectrum of HR
  • Managing payroll, recruitment, government claims, income tax, CPF, leave management, Yearly Performance Review, Employee Data recording keeping, Dismissal, Letter of Appointment, Employee Handbook, Employee benefits/ welfare, staff retention, employee relations, Work Pass Application, onboarding & off boarding, etc.
  • Admin duties such as company licenses renewal, insurance renewal, office relocation, Tenancy Agreement, Liaise with Office Building Management, purchase of office and pantry supplies.
  • IT related issue such as hardware and software purchase, add/ remove emails, copier machine, Setup laptop for new join/ user.
  • Carries out all daily administrative duties and HR related duties;
  • Provides ad hoc support around the office as needed.

Qualifications, Skills & Preferences:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Management/ HRM or any other related fields.
  • At least 1 years of HR experiences
  • Experience in game industry is an added advantageWell versed in English and conversational Chinese to liaise with China Counterparts
