JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Human Resources Collect and manage employee records and data for the Sales Department. Enter and update information on the companys software system (CRM). Draft, process, and manage labor contracts for Sales staff, including both foreign and Vietnamese employees. Check and finalize monthly timesheets. Monitor, inspect, and remind employees to comply with company regulations. Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities for new hires. Serve as the main contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR policies. Evaluate the recruitment performance of the Sales Department; summarize and report assessment results. 2. Administrative Responsibilities: Prepare and submit daily reports. Conduct fingerprint attendance registration and orientation for new employees. Update employee onboarding/offboarding lists for the Accounting Department. Monitor dress code compliance of Booking team members. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
