Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing End-of-Service benefits calculations and maintaining employee’s leave salary accruals data
  • Supports hiring candidates by online job postings, shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Prepare payroll by maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leave
  • Coordinating orientation and training sessions for new employees
  • Serving as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
  • Ensuring compliance with employment and UAE labor law
  • Managing CEO’s calendars and schedules
  • Answering or screening emails, calls and in-person appointments
  • Coordinating travel and logistics for business trips, including booking travel, preparing itineraries and supporting executives in completing expense reports
  • Overseeing general office processes, such as ordering office supplies for departments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR & Administration Executive in UAE
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Strong knowledge on UAE Labour Law with Gratuity and Leave Salary calculations
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration specialized in Human Resources Management or SHRM/CHRP are preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and VLookup, HLookup, Spreadsheets etcs. in Microsoft Excel

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
