REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma / Degree
  • Hands-on experience with Infotec HRMS
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at

various levels, in both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability according to changing needs and priorities
  • Resourceful and possess strong initiative to drive changes
  • Ability to work independently as well as be active team members within and across the HR team.
  • At least 5 years of HR working experience
Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-day operations in Administrative and HR department.
  • Responsible for monthly processing and submission of payroll and reports.
  • Preparing necessary HR documents for hiring, disciplinary handling, exiting, promotion, etc.
  • Ensure timely verification of timesheets and submission of payroll, CPF, Tax clearance, etc.
  • Administration of NS, maternity, childcare, paternity and insurance claims, etc.
  • Handle clearance for resignation/termination/dismissal.
  • Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees records.
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
