EDUCATION QUALIFICATION & ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES:
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant working experiences
- Experienced working in a start-up environment would be an added advantage
- Strong communication skills with good command of written and spoken English
- Willingness, reliable, flexible and adaptable individual who is able to work independently
- Meticulous and task-oriented
Responsibilities:
ROLE SUMMARY:
You will be responsible in ensuring the smooth operations within the HR department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate new hires onboarding, offboarding, international mobility of overseas assignees, orientation and other administrative functions.
- Assist in application and renewal of staff badges, carpark permits for employees and contractors.
- Administering of trainings for employees and contractors.
- Support for employee business travel, overseas trainings and visa arrangement including reservation of flights and hotels.
- Process matters relating to onboarding/offboarding, housing, temporary accommodation, coordination of service and maintenance for temporary office/ new worksite, ordering of stationaries and equipment.
- Assist with organization of company-wide events such as annual dinner, lunches, communication sessions.
- Provide other ad-hoc administrative support to the HR Team as assigned.
