JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are now looking for an HR Admin - French Speaker (Sickness Implementation) to join our Reward Operations team for Airbus Portugal.
REQUIREMENTS - OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
- Mandatory fluency in French
- Previous experience working in Human Resources
- Knowledge in SAP, Workday & Google Suite
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines
- Results orientated, with a logical approach to completing tasks
- Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance
- Critical thinking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude in all areas
- Versatility to work with different technical tools

Responsibilities:
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Receive the sick leave certificate and analyze the types of sick leave (sickness leave, maternity leave, work accident, …)
- Register the sick leave certificate of employees in SAP PHM
- Archive the sick leave certificates according with the define process (GDPR data)
- Monitoring of salary certificates, follow up and resolution of anomalies
- Ensure support level 1 to employees on sick leave topics through email and ticketing tool
