JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are now looking for an HR Admin - French Speaker (Sickness Implementation) to join our Reward Operations team for Airbus Portugal.

REQUIREMENTS - OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • Mandatory fluency in French
  • Previous experience working in Human Resources
  • Knowledge in SAP, Workday & Google Suite
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines
  • Results orientated, with a logical approach to completing tasks
  • Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance
  • Critical thinking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude in all areas

Responsibilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Receive the sick leave certificate and analyze the types of sick leave (sickness leave, maternity leave, work accident, …)
  • Register the sick leave certificate of employees in SAP PHM
  • Archive the sick leave certificates according with the define process (GDPR data)
  • Monitoring of salary certificates, follow up and resolution of anomalies
  • Ensure support level 1 to employees on sick leave topics through email and ticketing tool
