Description
Our client from the Fintech industry is looking for a HR & Admin Manager. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources • Oversee and manage the HR and administrative functions of the company. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals. • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for both local and international roles based on the company’s business needs and expansion plans. • Develop and implement local talent strategies, including job analysis, talent profiling, sourcing channels, and selection processes. • Design and enforce local attendance, performance appraisal, and HR compliance systems in alignment with company standards. • Collaborate with HQ on employee screening, probation evaluation, and performance management frameworks. • Support employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, training, development, and employee engagement initiatives. • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management. • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs effectively. • Support senior management in strategic planning and organizational development. • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. • Facilitate communication between management and employees to foster a positive work environment. Administration • Oversee daily office operations, including workspace organization, supplies management, document control, and office maintenance. • Manage vendor relationships, particularly with furniture providers, facility services, and general office suppliers. • Provide administrative support such as visitor coordination, travel arrangements, and event organization. • Act as a key liaison between local office and headquarters, ensuring the effective implementation of company policies and administrative processes.
Responsibilities
