REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management; HR certification is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the construction or manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Employment Act, HR practices, and statutory regulations.
• Excellent communication, people management and organizational skills.
• Preferably able to commence work immediately.
