Ipswich Town Foundation is recruiting a full-time HR & Admin Officer. The successful candidate will be a strong administrator, whilst showcasing excellent organisational, administrative and interpersonal skills. Furthermore, you will have experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
The HR & Admin Officer will play a key role in supporting the delivery of effective and compliant human resources and administrative functions to support the growth of the charity. The role will lead on recruitment, continued development of the workforce and the centralised staffing system to ensure an efficient and effective deployment of staff on our diverse range of programmes. You will work to support all programme leads and meet regularly with them to keep on top of our evolving staff requirements. The role will also provide administrative support to the Leadership Team.
