This role is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, analytical, and passionate about maintaining compliance and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Perform general HR administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and file maintenance Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including proper completion and tracking of I-9 forms and E-Verify Support the onboarding process and assist with pre-employment activities Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS and ATS platforms Generate reports and maintain tracking spreadsheets in Excel with high accuracy Assist with offer letter generation and pre-employment screening coordination through third-party vendors Prepare documentation for internal and external audits Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols Collaborate with HR team members to support various HR initiatives and administrative projects Requirements Proven experience in an HR administrative or support role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Familiarity with employment law and HR compliance requirements (I-9, E-Verify, recordkeeping, etc.) Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Join Our Team?
