HOURS: 20–25 HOURS PER WEEK (WITH POTENTIAL TO GROW)

Gingham Nanny Agency is seeking an experienced HR / Admin professional to join our growing specialist childcare recruitment & employment agency. This is a pivotal role, supporting the agency’s operations and ensuring compliance within the employment regulations and Ofsted.
We are looking for someone with a strong HR background and experience with staff on - boarding, preferably within the recruitment sector, who can confidently manage employment contracts, HR processes, and administrative duties without the need for extensive training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR administration, contracts, and compliance checks for agency staff
  • Ensure adherence to agency worker regulations and best practice
  • Support recruitment processes, including onboarding and compliance for new candidates
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team

About You:

  • Proven HR experience, ideally within a recruitment agency environment
  • In-depth knowledge of employment contracts, agency workers regulations, and HR compliance
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Based within commutable distance to Duxford / CB9 area for one weekly office day
