Job Highlights

• Diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of HR Administration experience in the UAE
• Familiarity with HRIS systems
• Experience in maintaining employee records
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities
• Assist with compensation and benefits administration

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Records & Documentation

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, both physical and digital.
• Handle confidential documents, including offer letters, contracts, and employee data.
• Process and update HR-related forms and ensure compliance with company policies.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Support the entire recruitment process, from job postings to interviews.
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding of new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.

3. Compensation & Benefits

• Assist in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
• Support payroll processes, including managing timesheets, calculating deductions, and processing payments.
• Handle employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.

4. UAE Compliance & Employee Relations

• Ensure adherence to UAE labour laws and regulations, especially concerning visa processing and statutory benefits such as gratuity.
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing questions and mediating minor issues.

5. Administrative Support

• Manage administrative tasks such as office management, record-keeping, and vendor coordination.
• Handle communication, including creating and distributing announcements and managing access to company systems.
• Assist with various HR projects and initiatives to improve processes.
