Position Purpose
As our Human Resources Administrator, you’ll be at the center of it all—handling the day-to-day administrative functions of the HR department, onboarding and orientation, and serving as a key point of contact for employees and managers. Whether it’s maintaining records, managing compliance, or helping employees with their questions, you’ll be the friendly face and steady hand that keeps things moving.
What You’ll Be Doing
YOUR DAILY IMPACT:
- Be the Data Maestro: Enter and manage data across multiple systems, such as Ceridian Dayforce, training databases, and other tracking spreadsheets.
- Keep Things Organized: File, sort, and maintain departmental records, and personnel files with precision.
- Assist Employees: Answer employee questions and direct them to the right resources, ensuring prompt follow-up and support.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Play a key role in onboarding and orientation activities, from confirming new hires, to coordinating orientations and entering their information into the HRIS.
- Union Coordination: Liaise with union representatives on applications and employee information.
- Maintain Supplies & Forms: Ensure the HR team has everything they need to stay productive and efficient.

- You’re a pro at organizing, time management, and staying ahead of deadlines.
- Confidence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ai, and an eagerness to learn new tools.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of HR experience
- An associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- A knack for problem-solving, critical thinking, and navigating a fast-paced environment.
