Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a tri-jurisdictional organization seeking an HR Admin to support with ADA process functions. If you are detail oriented and bring knowledge of the ADA accommodation process, apply now!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize HR mailbox management.
  • Accurately log detailed notes and communications into our system related to ADA processes.
  • Create and organize comprehensive files, ensuring all necessary documentation is present.
  • Review incoming medical documentation for completeness and adherence to established protocols before forwarding to specialists.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity in all tasks.
  • Identify and escalate any discrepancies or missing information to appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR, including knowledge of ADA guidelines/processes.
  • Familiarity with reviewing and handling sensitive documentation, specifically medical records.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
