Title: HR Admin/Specialist HR Services coordinator KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets. KBR is looking for HR Services coordinator. Nationality: Saudi Responsibilities: Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for staff, contractors, and visitors. Manage service requests with vendors (transport companies, housing providers, relocation services). Track and follow up on deliveries, shipments, and service contracts. Monitor inventory and supplies for HR and office needs. Coordinate with procurement for requisitions, purchase orders, and payments related to services. Ensure smooth interface between HR, administration, and operational departments. Maintain confidential handling of all personnel and company information. Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards. Encourage reporting of Near miss, unsafe conditions and acts. Participates in Safety audits. Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled Support company events, training sessions, and workshops handling insurance Hands on experience in workday. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills Proven leadership skills with large organizations Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment Belong.
