HR & Administration Assistant


Job Location : Dubai, UAE


Key Responsibilities :


• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.

• Manage attendance, leave, payroll, WPS, and final settlements.

• Handle employee visas, work permits, Emirates IDs, and cancellations.

• Coordinate MOHRE, ICP/GDRFA, Amer, and Tasheel processes.

• Track trade licenses, Ejari, establishment cards, and compliance renewals.

• Manage insurance, Salik, telecom, accommodation, and general office administration.

• Prepare HR letters and support employee queries.


Requirements :


• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 0–2 years’ experience; fresh graduates are welcome.

• Basic knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and visa processes.

• Good English communication and strong organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.

• UAE HR/PRO experience and Arabic are an advantage
