Responsibilities

ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and pro-active HR Assistant to support our busy HR Services team. The HR Assistant will handle administrative tasks, maintain employee records, and ensure smooth HR operations.
You will work within an experience and supportive HR team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both in physical and electronic files and the HR database.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as references, letter of amendments, leaver letters etc.
  • Respond to incoming mail and post including queries to the HR mailbox.
  • Provide quality service that is compliant with Firm policies, procedures, and relevant employment legislation.
  • Provide administrative support to HR projects across the year such as pay review and promotions processing.
  • Assist with administration of onboarding tasks including the coordination of day 1 Right to Work checks and issuing new starter gifts.
  • Support maintenance of SRA for all new starters and leavers.
  • Issue payslips and P45s monthly to absent staff.
