      New Guards Group is seeking an HR Admin Intern, ROW to join our HR Department based in Milan HQ. As an intern, you’ll assist in managing HR administration tasks for the Group’s foreign subsidiaries, reporting to the HR Administration Specialist, ROW

    Responsibilities:

    New Guards Group is seeking an HR Admin Intern, ROW to join our HR Department based in Milan HQ. As an intern, you’ll assist in managing HR administration tasks for the Group’s foreign subsidiaries, reporting to the HR Administration Specialist, ROW.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO



      • Assist in drafting employee agreements/contracts compliant with local legislation

      • Help monitor employment-related deadlines
      • Support in managing overtime and absence records
      • Assist in gathering monthly variations for payroll processing (salary adjustments, contract changes, bonuses, commissions)
      • Coordinate with payroll providers
      • Provide administrative support to employees and collect their administrative documentation
      • Assist in maintaining accurate data in Workday, our HCM system
