QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, including work in Dubai.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field, or CIPD Level 5 qualified.
  • Proven experience working in a global or multinational environment, with the ability to adapt HR and administrative practices to suit diverse cultural and regulatory contexts.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing payroll, visas, contracts, onboarding, and off-boarding processes.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, maintaining employee records, and managing travel and entertainment arrangements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work in multicultural environments.
  • Experience in global HR practices; prior work in crypto, fintech, or financial services is highly desirable.
