Our client, an international organisation with operations across Europe, is looking to recruit an experienced HR & Administration Manager based in Luxembourg, with responsibility for overseeing the HR function of its Polish entity.

Working closely with local management and Group stakeholders, you will ensure efficient HR operations, payroll governance, employment compliance and employee support, while driving the continuous improvement of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all HR and administration activities for the Polish entity.

• Oversee payroll in collaboration with external providers and ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts and HR administration.

• Ensure compliance with Polish labour law and immigration requirements.

• Support managers on employee relations and day-to-day HR matters.

• Develop and improve HR policies, procedures and reporting.

• Act as the main point of contact for external partners, including payroll, legal and occupational health providers.

• Work closely with Group functions and local management in an international environment.

Profile

• 7+ years of HR experience in Poland, ideally in a broad HR Generalist or HR Manager role.

• Strong experience in payroll, HR administration and employment law.

• Solid knowledge of Polish labour legislation.

• Experience working in an international environment.

• Hands-on, organised and pragmatic approach.

• Fluent Polish and English are required.
