Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Manage and maintain the HR staff database to ensure personal information and employment records are accurately stored, updated, protected, and monitored. This includes processing monthly payroll changes in liaison with the finance department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be responsible for the HR database, ensuring the integrity of the data held and production of a range of management and compliance reports
  • Ensure starter, leaver and contract changes are input into the HR database and inform Payroll to ensure they are actioned
  • Ensure that overtime payments and any necessary payroll deductions are processed and communicated to Payroll
