A DAY IN THE LIFE
As an HR Administration & Payroll Specialist, reporting to the Rewards, Payroll & HR Controlling Manager, you will be a key member of a small, but highly impactful team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of HR administration processes and supporting the payroll activities for L’Oréal Romania, contributing directly to the employee experience and the overall success of the company.
Your work will directly impact the lives of our employees, ensuring they receive their compensation accurately and on time, and that their HR records are meticulously maintained.
