Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Administration Specialist (Contracts & Compliance) with a strong focus on HR operations, contract management, and administration. In this role, you will ensure the efficient, accurate, and legally compliant execution of all HR processes and documentation.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in structured processes, enjoys working with contracts and data, and is motivated by building a reliable HR foundation that enables our people and culture to grow sustainably.
This is a part-time (25–30 hours per week), hybrid position in Berlin.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and manage all HR-related contracts and agreements (employment, amendments, certificates, reference letters), ensuring legal compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update personnel files, employee master data, and HRIS with highest accuracy.
  • Support the HR Lead with administrative HR tasks (onboarding/offboarding documentation, compliance records, reporting).
  • Ensure proper archiving, documentation, and contract management in line with legal requirements.
  • Liaise with external payroll/accounting providers by preparing and validating monthly data.
  • Act as first point of contact for employees on administrative and contractual questions.
