Responsibilities / Tasks Join the Global HR Support team within GEA HR Operations. From our hubs in Berlin, Bogota and Kuala Lumpur, we provide HR support, consulting, training and resolve queries on a wide range of HR topics raised by employees and managers in over 50 countries worldwide. Our colleagues offer support in the areas of on- and off-boarding, learning, talent and performance management, employee relations, employee experience, total rewards, employee & manager services, HR systems and processes. We are looking for experienced and motivated HR Admin Specialist (Danish and English speaker) (f/m/d) for deployment in Berlin as soon as possible. Your tasks: Be responsible for ongoing HR service delivery, administration of employee life cycle events, handle various HR topics and support payroll team.
