We design, manufacture, and service the products and solutions that keep the world connected.  With $6.9 billion in sales, a strong customer base and global reach spanning nearly 70 countries, we are uniquely positioned to deliver greater value to our customers and create new opportunities for our people.    We are currently seeking an HR Administration Specialist to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy!   The HR Admin Specialist supports the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources function, ensuring accurate management of documentation and administrative aspects, efficiency of processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.    What kind of work will you be doing?   * Manage and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness * Contribute to supporting administrative management throughout the employee lifecycle * Maintain and organize HR documentation in compliance with applicable regulations and company policies * Manage the time and attendance system * Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of input data * Manage company fleet administration: liaise with external vendors and employees, monitor and update fleet-related reports, prepare and support necessary checks, verify and approve invoices, distribute fuel cards, and support drivers in handling issues and escalations * Support HR Business Partners (HRBP) with reporting activities and data analysis * Prepare HR reports (headcount, KPIs, administrative checks) and provide support during internal and external audits * Support the HRBP team with daily administrative activities * Provide assistance to employees on administrative topics (time and attendance, documentation, benefits) * Contribute to the dissemination and proper application of HR policies    What will make you successful?   * At least 2 years of previous experience in HR administrative roles * Familiarity with HR systems/software and time and attendance tools * Experience supporting payroll processes * Good knowledge of the English language * Strong organizational and administrative skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * Knowledge of key HR processes * Knowledge of Italian labor law * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment  If YOU are the person we are looking for, feel free to apply and let's start drafting your future career in a healthy and growing environment!   The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.     OUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.  Integrity. Respect.  Teamwork.  Diversity & Inclusion.   OUR STRATEGIC PRIORITIES   * Customer Focus * Operational Excellence * High-Performance Culture * Innovation * Financial Strength   OUR BEHAVIORS   * Own It * Act With Urgency * Foster a Customer-First Mindset * Think Big and Execute * Lead by Example * Drive Continuous Improvement * Learn and Seek Out Development     #LI-DP1   Vertiv is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
