What You’ll Do Source and attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative channels. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to identify strong candidates. Schedule interviews promptly and coordinate with hiring managers across 19 locations. Manage our applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help shape effective recruitment strategies. Represent the Jim Shorkey Auto Group at job fairs and recruitment events, showcasing our culture and opportunities. Track and report onboarding progress to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Maintain documentation and compliance for all onboarding processes. Provide administrative and HR support as needed. Operate a multi-line telephone system, answering all calls quickly and in a courteous, professional manner. Requirements What You Bring A strong interest in recruitment and human resources Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with recruitment software is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload.
