We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our San Pedro Sula, Honduras office. Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m Responsibilities Analyze and document HR internal processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing administrative improvements. Generate, maintain, and analyze HR reports related to headcount, turnover, hiring metrics, engagement indicators, and performance data. Develop dashboards and tracking tools in Excel to monitor KPIs and support decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and internal reports. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Training, and other HR functions to consolidate and interpret relevant data. Support employee engagement initiatives by tracking participation, analyzing survey results, and preparing summary reports. Assist in internal audits by validating documentation, records, and compliance requirements. Maintain structured databases and ensure proper documentation control. Provide administrative and analytical support for special projects and process optimization initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field. Advanced English skills 2–4 years of experience in HR administration, HR analytics, or similar analytical roles. Advanced Excel skills pivot tables, advanced formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH), data validation, dashboards, and reporting automation. Experience working with HRIS or ATS systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and data accuracy. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
