(DHi) is seeking a Hybrid HR/Administrative Assistant to provide general HR and administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will assist with employee recordkeeping, onboarding, HR communications, and other administrative tasks in a hybrid environment. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Key ResponsibilitiesHR Support Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance. Support benefits, payroll, and HR-related inquiries. Maintain HRIS data and ensure accuracy of employee records. Administrative Support Manage emails, scheduling, and general administrative tasks. Prepare HR and operational reports for management. Assist with internal communications and documentation. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with HR, operations, and other teams to support projects and initiatives. Ensure timely completion of administrative and HR tasks. Compliance & Confidentiality Ensure adherence to company policies and federal employment regulations. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of administrative or HR support experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent). Experience supporting hybrid or multi-state teams.
