We are a Commercial Janitorial Company that has been serving the Greater Sacramento Area for over 35 years. We are seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant that will support the needs of the HR Department. This person must be bilingual and be available during the hours of 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm Tuesday - Friday.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong communication and customer service skills in both English and Spanish
  • Solid understanding of basic computer skills
  • Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning

Responsibilities
  • Manage Job postings, retrieve phone messages, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews in both English and Spanish
  • Onboarding process - including hire paperwork, set up new hires with training videos, inputting personnel information into our HR data base, providing uniforms, creating employee personal files, etc.
  • Maintain updated logs
  • Employee filing
  • Screen HR Manager calls
  • Make copies of Applications / Hire Packets
