Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

The successful candidate will support the HR Department based at our Doncaster Head Office.
You will support the HR Team in all aspects of HR and personnel administration duties in addition to supporting other areas of the Group.
Joining our business includes a full induction process to teach you everything you need to know for your role with ongoing training and support provided as you continue your journey with us, with on-the-job training which may lead to a formal qualification after 1 years service.

DUTIES INCLUDE

  • Support our group of business HR requirements.
  • Play a key role in maintaining HR relationships with each site.
  • Support management in preparing documents and conducting interviews
  • File management of colleagues on HR matters
  • Maintain and support our vision and values
  • Manage and carry our HR projects
  • Ensure compliance with processes and procedures within the business
  • Organising leavers administration including the recording of the exit interview notes and ensuring Payroll are notified in a timely manner
  • Updating procedures, standard company forms and policies as identified and/or requested
  • Supporting Line Managers with maternity leave and flexible working requests
  • Note taking during employee hearings
  • Monitor/manage HR email inbox
  • Management of employee vehicle damage claims
  • Contract production and background checking of new starters
