Description Join our team as a Part-Time HR Administrative Assistant and gain valuable experience in HR administration and employee relations. This role is perfect for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment. Hours: 15–20 per week | Flexible schedule after training Requirements What You’ll Do Assist with recruitment: create job ads, manage resumes, and maintain applicant tracking. Support onboarding: send new hire links, scheduling, and assisting with new hire orientations. Provide general HR administrative support: reports, filing, and correspondence. Help with benefits administration: billing, open enrollment, and employee inquiries. Assist with organizing quarterly staff trainings and any staff outings. Contribute to special HR projects, including any policy updates and procedures. What We’re Looking For High school diploma required; associate degree preferred. 2+ years of HR or administrative experience preferred. Excellent communication and time management skills. Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software. Additional Requirements: Background check and drug screening required.
