Description

The HR and Admin Assistant is responsible to support the daily operations of the HR department across the Group. Main responsibilities include assisting with employee services, recruitment, uniform and locker management, HR documentation, and event preparation—ensuring efficient support to both back-of-house and front-of-house teams.

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources
  • Respond to staff requests regarding HR documents, letters, and general queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in issuing, collecting, and filing employee-related documents across multiple restaurant branches
  • Manage the issuance, tracking, and inventory of staff uniforms for all venues
  • Oversee locker allocation and monitor proper usage and handover during onboarding and offboarding.
  • Update and maintain HR forms and templates used across the group
  • Organize and maintain employee files in both hard copy and digital formats, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
  • Support the digital archiving of HR records
  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate databases
  • Assist in the onboarding process, including document collection, contract preparation, and HR induction for new employees
  • Coordinate with Managers for first-day arrangements.
  • Monitor and assist in the review of attendance records across venues
  • Follow up with Managers regarding missing time entries or corrections in the system
  • Assist in planning and executing company events such as staff gatherings, recognition programs, and seasonal celebrations
  • Support with sourcing materials and coordinating logistics with restaurant teams
  • Look after business trips such as booking tickets, application of visas etc.
  • Perform tasks related to employee welfare and health and safety
  • Clarify policies and guide employees regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
