JOB DESCRIPTION

Pay: $27/hr
40 hours/week
Duration: 6-8 weeks
REMOTE – all time zones within the US are welcome!
Overview
We are seeking a detail oriented HR professional to provide temporary support with documentation and administrative tasks. This role will focus on ensuring HR records are accurate, organized, and compliant with company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
Review, update, and maintain employee files and HR documentation
Assist with drafting and formatting HR related documents, forms, and templates
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all documentation
Support data entry and updates in HR systems as needed
Coordinate with HR team members to gather and organize necessary information
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications
Previous experience in HR, HR administration, or a related role preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication skills and ability to work independentl
