JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrative Executive to support our Office Manager in handling HR and general administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for payroll processing, employee records management, and assisting with day-to-day HR operations, while also contributing to overall office administration.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative support
  • Familiar with local employment laws and payroll regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HR systems (Info-tech HRMS) is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
  • Independent, resourceful, and a strong team player
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR e-portal, and personal files
  • Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, interview arrangements, and onboarding processes
  • Administer leave, attendance, medical, insurance, and other employee benefits
  • Support employee engagement and training activities
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and properly communicated
  • Handle employee queries on HR-related matters in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager
  • Prepare HR and administrative reports as requiredAssist in organizing staff meetings, events, and other office initiatives
