Al Fariq Properties L.L.C. is a dynamic and growing real estate firm committed to excellence in property management and client service. We are seeking an experienced HR & ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER to streamline our operations, enhance efficiency, and lead our administrative team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in real estate administration, HR, or a similar senior role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, database management, and HR software. Knowledge of UAE VAT procedures is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership: Ability to multitask, lead teams, and work independently.
  • Visa Status: Open to candidates on sponsor/husband’s visa (preferred but not mandatory).

Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily administrative functions, ensuring seamless office operations and compliance with company policies.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Manage contracts, personnel records, VAT documentation, and financial reports in coordination with the finance team.
  • HR Support: Assist in recruitment, onboarding, payroll data collection, and maintaining employee records.
  • Front Office Management: Supervise reception tasks, guest handling, and internal/external communication.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and optimize administrative systems, office workflows, and digital record-keeping.
  • Team Coordination: Train and mentor junior staff (e.g., receptionists/admin assistants, sales agents) and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Marketing Support: Update property listings on platforms like Bayut and Property Finder.
  • Executive Assistance: Schedule meetings, manage travel arrangements, and prepare reports/presentations for leadership.
