Angton Electric Ltd. is a trusted, full-service electrical company that has proudly served Southwestern Ontario for over 30 years. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized HR + Administrative Manager to join our growing team.
This is a key leadership role that will manage office operations, support human resources functions, and streamline administrative procedures across residential, commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive and adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of experience in payroll, HR, and office administration.
  • Knowledge of ESA regulations, government remittances, and benefits administration.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365; experience with Trimble ERP is an asset.
  • Experience in construction or a related industry is highly preferred.

EDUCATION & CREDENTIALS

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification is an asset but not required.
