Description
Roles and Responsibilities: * Provide resolution to the queries from the generic mailbox. * Liaison with operation in the successful completion of the Employee Change Authorization (ECA) form * Review onboarding pending hires and report to operation and recruiting any issues  * Release pending new hires for completion of onboarding  * Support incoming requests for support from employees and/or management  * Send weekly headcount reports to stations  * Maintain employee records and files for reference and auditing needs  * Liaise with external partners for training and policy updates  * Assist with reporting requests * Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience  * Assist with other projects as they arise  Qualifications: * Hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution. * Possess 2-4 years of hands-on experience in working with SAP in US – Payroll process. * Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. * Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis. Language Preferences: English
