Responsibilities
  • Prepare new starter contracts and offer documentation working with Recruitment BPs to ensure an effective and smooth onboarding for both the candidate and line manager
  • Deliver key HR processes including processing employee changes and leavers in a timely manner
  • Review and update HR systems to ensure accurate data and MI can be maintained and produced
  • Act as key point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance on HR policy, process and operating procedures to employees and managers
  • Answer queries from employees, managers and HR BPs or escalate as appropriate in a timely manner
  • Provide support and assistance to the Associate HRBPs, HR BPs and Senior HRBP when dealing with employee queries or people initiatives
  • Carry out note taking for employee relations meetings as required by the HRBP within a timely manner
  • Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required
