Job Description HR Adminstrator performs the following duties and responsibilities: 1) rendering administrative support to all working processes of the Division; 2) preparation of the personnel related data; 3) participation in the recruitment processes; 4) participation in the development of the internal policies and regulations; 5) carrying out the HR administration; 6) consultation and methodological support of the University employees regarding the issues, falling within the Department`s competence; 7) maintenance of high-level of personal and professional fair practices and to act as an ethical agent, promoting University values, integrity and accountability culture in University and its organizations; 8) participation in identification, evaluation, management and monitoring of risks within the framework of supervised direction; 9) timely and properly executes the tasks of the line manager and the University`s management; 10) observes the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Employer`s internal documents; 11) is responsible for exercising the labor and performance discipline; 12) is responsible for ensuring the integrity of official documents, and prevention of the disclosure or leakage of confidential and business information, as well as information of restricted access in accordance with the legislation, Charter and internal documents of the Employer; 13) in case of dismissal, is responsible for timely transfer of all paper documentation, digital information, inventory to another employee as instructed by the line manager (to be certified by the act of acceptance-transfer). Qualifications Higher-professional, preferable from the higher education institutions with English language of instruction, degree not lower than bachelor/specialist. 1-3 years of work experience in relevant areas Additional Information - Knowledge of processes and tools in HR administration; - knowledge of labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; - knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, 1С: Enterprise; - fluent in English, Kazakh, Russian - customer focus; - effective communication skills; Recruitment and selection process Recruitment and selection at Nazarbayev University include the following process: preliminary selection based on experience and qualifications, assessments (e.g. technical skills/capabilities, aptitude, personality, work samples, in-basket exercises, and informal interviews), and motivation.
