POSITION OVERVIEW:

The HR Admin (40%) is responsible for the implementation and management of HR processes and initiatives throughout the plant in Ludesch. This role requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure that HR programs and policies are effectively applied.

Responsibilities
  • Being the ambassador of Ball’s culture, driving the right behaviours amongst all plant employees.
  • Support the deployment of annual people processes, such as performance reviews and salary reviews.
  • Work closely with the HR Manager on projects and operational needs.
  • Recruitment for some of the local vacancies, with the support of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Supporting with payroll data, absence and redundancy pay calculations etc.
  • Coordination of internal and external training providers.
  • Responsibility for employee administration – SuccessFactors (contract management, employment references, evaluations, etc.).
  • Creation and maintenance of HR reports and statistics.
  • Participation in various HR initiatives to promote company goals and values.
