WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Our ideal candidate will have experience in HR, administration, or a similar fast-paced environment. You will be proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to the growth of the HR function. Ideally, you will be familiar with Chris21 and Martian Logic platforms, with a strong understanding of HR processes. Your skills will include:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role, with at least 1-2 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and well-developed Excel skills.
  • Experience in customer service, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of HR and recruitment principles, as well as the Fair Work Act and Employment Law.
  • Ability to interpret industrial instruments and employment contracts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and prioritisation abilities.

Responsibilities

Based at our Head Office, this is an exciting opportunity to support our HR Team and Senior HR Administrator in the smooth and efficient running of key HR functions. As the HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day HR administration, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of HR processes, and supporting recruitment, compliance, and general HR operations. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in evaluating and improving HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide HR administration support, including onboarding/ offboarding, employment contracts, and employee documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and high standards in handling sensitive HR information.
  • Demonstrated experience in interpreting enterprise agreements and providing advice to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff, management, and external parties.
  • Assist with employee related matters such as Parental leave and flexible work arrangements
