Working closely with the wider team, you will provide administrative support across recruitment and the employee lifecycle, including interview coordination, onboarding, induction, employee records and offboarding. You will also act as a key point of contact for new starters, ensuring documentation and resources are prepared and records are kept accurately.
Previous recruitment experience for this role is essential, however, training on company processes and policies will be offered. Individuals who may be able to offer immediate starts preferred (non-essential).
Responsibilities:
- Deal with general recruitment and HR administration.
- Arrange interviews with applicants and managers.
- Complete employment paperwork throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Support onboarding and induction for new starters.
- Maintain accurate employee records and database information.
- Handle confidential information appropriately.
- Provide reception cover during holiday and sickness periods.
- Support the day-to-day management of the organisation’s buildings.
- Deliver training on administrative processes where required.
- Work with colleagues to promote awareness of opportunities within the organisation.
- Support wider charity activities and administration as required.
Candidate Attributes:
- Previous recruitment experience
- Driving licence essential
- Immediate start preferred (not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and ability to multitask
- Good investigative and query handling skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work on own initiative
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to£28,430depending on experience+ 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown (not taken out of your allocation)
