Description Apple Canyon Lake is a recreational community located approximately 15 miles east of Galana, Illinois. We are seeking an HR Administrator to help us manage our variable workforce. In the warm summer months, we employ approximaletly 100 people and in the cold winter months, our employment levels drop to approximately 70. Therefore, in addition to the search for occasional professional personnel, there is also seasonal hiring that occurs every year for such positions as lifeguards, golf course greenskeepers and a variety of restaurant positions. In addition to staffing responsibilities, this position also includes benefit administration, employee onboarding, annual HR training compliance, maintenance of employee files and general employee relations. In addition to HR responsibilities, this position will assist in diverse administrative tasks associated with managing a busy office. Requirements College level coursework in HR and/or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR.
