This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to transition into HR or an existing HR Administrator seeking a new challenge. Responsibilities

Reporting into the HR Manager, you will work alongside the HR Generalist, Payroll Specialist and Health Safety professional to provide HR Administrative support to over 500 employees. Duties include:

  • Assist with the full 360 recruitment administration process i.e posting job adverts, shortlisting, scheduling and partaking in interviews and conducting reference checks.
  • Liaise with the payroll department to conduct payroll administration and notify the department of changes in employee attendance/leave ie.sickness, paternity and maternity leave.
  • Support the HR Manager and HR Generalist in performance review meetings ie. note-taking and prepare paperwork
  • Complete and issue documentation regarding Employee Relations i.e invite to investigations and dismissal letters.
  • Manage the onboarding of new employees- ensuring the completion of all documentation and personal details remain updated.
  • Support the HR team in rolling out company HR initiatives and projects to promote employee wellbeing
