Join us.   Primary Purpose of this Job The primary purpose of this job is to performs a variety of duties in Human Resources department with a focus in staffing, onboarding, employee projects, services and training support.   Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned) * Responsible for ordering office supplies as well as maintaining purchase orders and invoice coding for the department. * Responsible for maintaining documents in the employee electronic files. * Administer employee programs that include but aren’t limited to retiree processing, service award program, rapid cast, recognition programs, personnel record upkeep, etc. * Support all internal staffing, onboarding activities for new hires and lead new hire orientations. * Administer position requisition entry and tracking. * Administer approval and storing process for training requests and tuition reimbursement process. * Support coordination, tracking and planning logistics of company training programs. * Cross train in defined areas with other HR roles of similar nature * Support other HR areas as needed including CI events, special projects, and responsibilities. Qualifications   Basic Qualifications: * High school Diploma or GED * Previous experience working with Microsoft applications (excel, office, etc). Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in human resources related field * Previous Human resources experience * Previous administrative working experience   Working Conditions under which the essential functions of this are typically performed. * Work is typically performed in an office setting * Regular, in-person attendance * Exposure to the work environment in operational facilities   We thrive when the expectations are great, and the barriers are high.
