Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our facility and property management operations in the UAE and have experience in the same field,. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR functions, UAE labor law, and hands-on experience managing HR tasks within a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle while ensuring HR practices align with operational needs across multiple sites and client properties.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in facility management, property management, or a similar manpower-intensive industry in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processes, and MOL regulations.
  • Experience handling a blue-collar workforce and coordinating with operational teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential matters with integrity.
  • Fluency in English is required

    Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Education:

Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles including cleaners, technicians, supervisors, and admin staff.
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation in compliance with UAE labor law.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations including employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and disciplinary matters.
  • Liaise with site supervisors and operations teams to ensure timely manpower planning and deployment.
  • Assist in visa processing, medicals, renewals, and cancellations in coordination with the PRO and government authorities.
  • Monitor and maintain HR records and ensure accuracy across all sites and departments.
  • Coordinate with accommodation, transport, and welfare teams for worker support.
  • Resolve employee grievances and ensure a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information and ensuring timely updates.
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are followed and regularly updated to align with UAE laws and company standards.
  • Assist with training and development initiatives tailored to facility management services.
  • Support audits and inspections by maintaining accurate and updated employee files.
