Careaid Limited is looking to recruit a professional, organised, and motivated HR Administrator to join our expanding team at our Bow, London Branch.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about people, administration, and delivering exceptional support within a fast-paced healthcare environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources function and ensuring the smooth running of all HR administrative processes across the organisation.
Working closely with the HR Department, Care & Office Manager, Senior Management Team, and Director, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of employee support, compliance, recruitment coordination, and workforce administration.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Administration
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team and senior management
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and filing systems
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, staff correspondence, and onboarding documentation
- Process starters, leavers, contract amendments, and employee changes accurately
- Ensure all HR records are maintained in compliance with company procedures and employment legislation
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support recruitment activities including arranging interviews, posting vacancies, and communicating with candidates
- Coordinate pre-employment checks including references, right-to-work documentation, DBS checks, and compliance documentation
- Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new employees
- Maintain recruitment trackers and compliance records
Staff Support & Communication
- Act as a first point of contact for HR-related enquiries from employees and external stakeholders
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries in a professional and confidential manner
- Support managers and employees with HR administration and policy guidance
- Liaise effectively with external agencies, training providers, NHS professionals, and Local Authorities where required
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure staff files and HR systems remain fully compliant with CQC and employment requirements
- Monitor training records, staff certifications, and renewal dates
- Support audits and inspections by preparing required documentation and reports
- Assist in maintaining confidentiality and GDPR compliance at all times
