This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR functions. The successful candidate will assist with various administrative and human resource-related tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the HR department.
This is an unpaid co-op position with an immediate start date. The position offers valuable exposure to HR operations within the non-profit industry.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing orientation materials and setting up employee files.
  • Help maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness programs.
  • Support benefits administration.
  • Assist with scheduling and operations tasks.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and assist with resolving HR-related issues.
