We are looking for a proactive and highly organised HR Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (24 hours per week), based at our London NW10 office.
Working closely with and under the guidance of the Business Manager & Director, you will play a key role in supporting our teams and ensuring smooth HR processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Support recruitment and selection processes, from advertising roles through to issuing contracts and assisting with leavers/firing procedures.
  • Coordinate and track training and development activities.
  • Assist in the planning and administration of appraisals and performance reviews.
  • Provide first-line support for HR-related queries and complaints, escalating where necessary.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment law.
  • Provide first-line support for HR-related queries and complaints, escalating where necessary.
  • Administering our in house benefits program.
  • Support wider HR and business administration as required.

About You:

  • Previous experience in an HR administration or HR support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive communicator who can balance empathy with professionalism.
  • Able to work independently, while also being a strong team player.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice (CIPD qualification or working towards it is desirable but not essential).

Job Type: Part time, Permanent
Hours: 9:00 – 18:00, either 3 days per week between Monday-Friday or 24 hours spread across week (Flexible/TBC to be agreed with candidate)
Location: London NW10
Holiday Allowance: 28 days per year, including bank holidays
Sickness Policy: Statutory sick pay
